Technical Product Manager
Role Overview CoolAutomation is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our product team and work closely with cross-functional engineering groups (Hardware and Software) on product specifications, development cycles, and releases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to grow into full product ownership. Responsibilities: Translate high-level requirements into clear and structured product specifications, including UX/UI, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Manage the release process, feature validation, and coordination with QA. Work closely with R&D to clarify requirements and support agile development cycles. Prepare high-quality release notes and ensure smooth communication across teams. Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date product documentation. Support product research, competitive analysis, and feedback collection from field teams. Requirements / Skills: ~4 years of experience in a technical development role (e.g., Full-Stack Developer), plus 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager. Strong technological background with hands-on experience in software and/or hardware development, web technologies, and cloud-based applications. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. A team player with a collaborative mindset. Proactive, organized, independent learner, eager to learn and grow.
