We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our Netanya team, specializing in wireless synchronization, MAC algorithms, and advanced mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) products. As part of the team, you will define and optimize MAC and networking protocols, enhance synchronization (e.g., time/frequency), and integrate systems for cutting-edge wireless solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and international customers will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Enhance synchronization techniques (e.g., time/frequency) Define medium access control (MAC) methods and protocols Contribute to the development and optimization of MANETs Oversee system integration and verification to ensure robust wireless network performance Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communication, synchronization, and MAC protocols Strong understanding of probability theory and stochastic processes Proven expertise in system development and wireless access control techniques Experience with MANETs and writing engineering specifications is a plus This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of communication through innovative wireless technologies and contribute to high-impact projects #Netanya
