Full stack organic growth marketer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Organic Growth Marketer to own and scale our non-paid acquisition channels. You’ll build and run the systems that bring in qualified traffic, signups, and revenue through content, AI search visibility, social media and community, and you’ll be hands-on across the whole funnel, from strategy and research to execution, analytics, and iteration. What you'll do Own the organic growth roadmap and the targets tied to it (traffic, signups, pipeline, revenue) Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities using data, competitive analysis, and customer insight Run a fast experimentation cadence: hypothesize, ship, measure, scale or kill Optimize for visibility in AI-driven search including entity coverage, citations content Plan, brief, and ship high-quality content Refresh and consolidate existing content to defend and grow organic KPIs Use automation and AI tooling to scale research, production, and QA without sacrificing quality Distribute content across owned and earned channels Requirements 2+ years of hands-on organic marketing experience, with a track record of measurable growth Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and can manage multiple workstreams Strong analytical skills and confidence with turning data into clear recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication, in English About the Team Join the Wix Organic Growth Marketing team.
