Backend Team Leader
What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers to achieve technical and operational excellence. Design and develop high-performance web services with a focus on scalability. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies to enhance our back-end systems. Implement robust authentication methods and ensure best security practices. Build and maintain micro-services architectures using Node.js and other languages. Work within a Linux environment utilizing AWS cloud services (serverless, ECS, etc.). What You’ll Need: At least 1 year of experience in leading a development team. At least 2 years of experience developing in Typescript. At least 5 years of experience developing back-end applications in Node.js. Proven experience working on large production environments. Strong communication skills. Experience designing complex services in a micro-service architecture. Experience in building Serverless applications. Proficiency with SQL databases. Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS environments. Familiarity with Docker. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and innovative. Advantages Experience with Nest.js. Experience with Go or Rust. Experience working on B2C products. Background in cybersecurity companies.
