Description In this position, you will manage relationships with global media publishers and traffic partners, ensuring campaign performance, scalability, and long-term strategic growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and a deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics. Key Responsibilities Managing and expanding relationships with international media publishers Monitoring traffic quality and performance metrics Optimizing supply-side operations to maximize ROI Identifying new traffic opportunities and scaling high-performing sources Working closely with the demand and business development teams Negotiating commercial terms and maintaining long-term partnerships Qualifications 2–3 years experience as an Account Manager in the ad-tech industry Experience in the mobile app industry (affiliate / performance marketing) Strong understanding of publisher management and traffic optimization High level of English (spoken and written) Growth-driven and performance-focused mindset Highly motivated with strong negotiation and relationship skills Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field — advantage.
