What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end design process for customer-facing web applications, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs and developer handoff. Design intuitive onboarding experiences, dashboards, and complex workflows that simplify sophisticated cybersecurity use cases. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define solutions, and deliver outstanding user experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces using modern design tools. Establish and maintain consistent design patterns and contribute to the evolution of the product design system. Work closely with development teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and a seamless user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product development lifecycle. Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience designing modern B2B SaaS web applications. Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms - Mandatory Previous experience working in a cybersecurity company Experience designing big data / data-intensive products, including dashboards, analytics, investigation tools, or platforms that present complex datasets and workflows. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Hands-on experience using Figma AI and additional AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) as an integral part of the product design workflow. Proven experience leading the complete UX/UI design process—from discovery and research through wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototyping, validation, and implementation. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving skills across complex enterprise products. Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and user-centered design principles. Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in fast-paced Agile environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
