Recruitment & Administration Coordinator – HR Department
Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse hotel roles Conduct interviews and work closely with hiring managers Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee documentation Maintain HR systems and employee data Support HR activities, training, and employee welfare initiatives Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the HR department What We're Looking For Experience in recruitment and/or administration (hospitality/service – big advantage) Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation High-level English (spoken & written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize Full-time position availability Additional languages – advantage
