Job Description Tower Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Engineer to lead process development, technology transfer, and tool/process optimization in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing fab located in Migdal HaEmek, Israel. Tower Fab2 is a fast-growing manufacturing facility specializing in high-performance semiconductor devices for diverse applications. With a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and optimized cycle times, the fab offers an exciting environment for innovation and leadership. This Job Is For You If: You have hands-on experience sustaining and improving processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. You have experience with process monitoring, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and process control. You have experience with tool installation, qualification, technology transfers, and new process implementation. You have strong experimental and analytical skills, with a solid foundation in semiconductor materials, processes, and metrology. You are experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Integration, Quality, and R&D teams. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience – preferred. Job Requirements Must Have: B.S. Degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering 5 years of experience working as a Process Engineer. Ability to execute definable portions of a project or lead own small projects Ability to use knowledge to provide solutions to a variety of difficult problems Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs Demonstrated ability to work well within a global team or environment Nice to Have: M.Sc. degree Materials or Chemical Engineering Experience in Etch processes – a significant advantage.
