Description Gini Apps is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and recruiting top technical talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates who align with the company’s culture and values. Your expertise in the technology landscape will be critical in identifying and connecting with potential candidates, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process. Responsibilities: Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events. Conducting detailed interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience and cultural fit with the company’s clients. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, interviews to job offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruiting needs. Utilize recruiting metrics to analyze and improve the recruiting process. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruiting. In-depth understanding of various technical roles and the software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience working with customers. Experience working with social networks, especially LinkedIn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
