Analysis of processes and writing specification documents for development based on user requirements in HR systems including support until production On-going collaboration with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders in the organization. Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and teamwork. Business understanding, technical leadership, process improvement and optimization, self-learning, and investigation. The role requires in-depth understanding of various technologies and complex logic working in a dynamic, agile environment in collaboration with various teams. Job Requirements Academic degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or military experience: Graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (Mamram, 8200) · Proven experience of at least 3 years in implementing SAP HCM · Experience with: o Personal Administration (PA) o Organizational Management (OM) · Implementing solutions through customization in accordance with system standards · Designing and maintaining interfaces for data transfer between different systems and networks. · Experience in creating interactive forms based on Process & Forms C41, and equivalent units. שלח/י קו"ח שתף משרה
