Job Responsibilities: Sourcing – Searching for talent through social networks and continuously open new channels/sources of recruitment Create recruitment processes for a variety of positions Reviewing (filtering) CV’s Phone/video interviews Face to face interviews Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process Work closely with technology experts, interviewers, and executives through the entire recruiting process First-day Onboarding for new employees Requirements: Independence and ability to lead processes – Must! Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 1-2 years experience as a recruiter Very talented candidates with no experience can also apply Experience working with sourcing tools, including social media and professional networks – Must Experience as a technical recruiter (Full-Stack, DevOps, Big Data, and more) – Advantage Experience in recruiting for the defense industry – Advantage Great interpersonal skills and teamwork Fluent/High-level English Availability for Full-time job
