The Role  We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, owning delivery from kickoff through launch and beyond. You’ll work with enterprise customers in insurance, financial services, and consumer finance — industries where getting AI deployments right is non-negotiable. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with enterprise customers, guide AI platform implementations, and ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and with impact. If you excel at communication, coordination, and driving outcomes across technical teams and customers, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical projects, from onboarding through production launch. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and communication. Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and coordinate execution with Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent customer initiatives. Guide customers through platform setup, integrations, and AI workflow implementations. Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support and long-term customer success teams. Provide clear visibility to customers and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones. Participate in feature planning and represent customer delivery needs to internal Product and Engineering teams. Build and maintain project visibility tools — status trackers, risk logs, milestone dashboards — for both customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles. Strong technical foundation — comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, system architecture, and workflows with engineers and customers. Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy being the connective tissue between teams. Comfortable leading technical discussions with CTO-level stakeholders at customer organizations. Experience working in a matrix environment, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams simultaneously. Proven track record of leading and managing teams or cross-functional groups — able to drive alignment, accountability, and results without direct authority. Bonus Points:  Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven platforms to enterprise customers. Background in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments. Experience with regulated industries: insurance, banking, fintech, or healthcare. Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Linear, Jira, or Monday.com. Previous background in software engineering or solutions architecture.
