Junior QA
Description Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 80 sites worldwide. Bagira is looking for a Junior QA to join our engineering team for an agile projects and a desktop products. As part of our team, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of both frontend and backend components of the product. The role requires a motivated individual with hands-on experience in testing multi-disciplinary systems and a passion for working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing for our desktop application and multi-disciplinary systems Test full system functionality (both frontend and backend) Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle Report, track, and verify software defects and improvements Write and execute test cases based on product requirements and specifications Ensure that all system components meet our quality standards before release Requirements SQA Certification - Must ITCB Certification - Advantage Strong hands-on experience in testing multi-disciplinary systems - Significant Advantage Experience working in a Windows OS environment - Advantage Experience with Agile methodologies - Significant Advantage Good system understanding and analysis capabilities , with previous proven experience testing full systems (frontend and backend) - Significant Advantage Familiarity with automated tests and tools - Advantage Demonstrated proficiency and precise written and verbal communication skills Full proficiency in English is required Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity or experience with military systems and/or training (Advantage) Ability to travel as required Your Benefits What We Offer: A collaborative and inclusive work environment Professional development and career growth opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment If you're looking to be part of an innovative team and bring your skills to a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
