DevOps & AI Platform team lead

We are looking for a driven and talented DevOps & AI Platform team lead for leadership and management role within the AI Platform Engineering group. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing a team of DevOps and Platform engineers, owning their professional development, performance, and day-to-day execution across multiple projects and clients. In parallel, driving the organization's transition toward AI Platform Engineering and MLOps capabilities across multi-cloud environments. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? · Lead the day-to-day management of a DevOps team (~7 engineers) distributed across multiple projects and clients. · Design and execute professional development roadmaps to upskill team members from classical DevOps toward AI Platform Engineering and MLOps\AIOps. · Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.. · Lead the design and build-out of internal AI-enabling infrastructure, including agent platforms, inference infrastructure, and observability stacks. · Ensure delivery quality and technical excellence of team members engaged with clients. · Own the infrastructure for developer agents and drive Day-2 operations strategy for agent management platforms. Requirements Requirements: 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering. 2+ years leading a technical team. Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage engineers distributed across multiple concurrent projects and clients. Working knowledge of orchestration platforms for agentic and data workloads (e.g., Kubernetes, Airflow, or equivalent AI-oriented tools). Hands-on experience with managed services for deploying and operating AI Agents in the cloud (e.g., Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI). Demonstrated experience in team capability building, including upskilling, technical mentorship, and structured development programs.
