We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Developer with a strong background in deep learning and machine learning. As an Algorithm Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge algorithms and models for various applications. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex algorithmic solutions LOCATION: Jerusalem, Israel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Develop and optimize algorithms and models for deep learning and machine learning applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria. Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights in medical data. Perform rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability in real-world scenarios. Analyze and interpret experimental results, making data-driven decisions to improve algorithm performance. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: BSc or MSc in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as an Algorithm Developer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role. Ability to leverage AI tools to boost personal and team productivity across research, prototyping, documentation, and day-to-day tasks. Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, and the ability to integrate them effectively into the development workflow. Strong expertise in deep learning and machine learning, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proven experience in developing and optimizing algorithms for machine learning tasks. Solid understanding of neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and other deep learning architectures. Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization techniques for accelerating deep learning algorithms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
