Senior FP&A Business Partner
Job Brief Drive our FP&A capabilities, providing the financial insights and analysis needed to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Job Description This is a high-impact role for a hands-on finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with business partnership skills and enjoys building processes in a fast-growing company. In this role you will own key FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, while partnering closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders across the company: Lead key FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and financial modelling across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow Provide meaningful financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, business planning, and resource allocation Partner with business leaders across R&D, Operations, Business Development, and corporate functions to understand business drivers and translate them into financial outcomes Prepare monthly management reporting, including Budget vs. Actuals, Forecast vs. Actuals, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support company growth initiatives and strategic decisions Support executive leadership and Board reporting with clear, data-driven financial insights Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities Required Skills and Experience BA in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance (CPA certification is a strong advantage) 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles Experience working in a Tech company, preferably in a global and fast-growing environment, with exposure to multi-currency operations and foreign exchange (FX) planning and reporting Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through financial insights Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to business performance Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with FP&A systems, financial reporting platforms and AI tools to drive financial analysis and process efficiency A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
