DevOps Engineer

We’re scaling a complex, real-world product where backend, cloud infrastructure, mobile releases, and e-commerce all need to ship reliably together. We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure behind our app backend, iOS delivery, Magento commerce platform, and production environments, across both the Software App and Software E-commerce departments. What You’ll Do Own AWS cloud infrastructure across our app and e-commerce systems, managed as code with Terraform / OpenTofu. Operate backend (GraphQL, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3, ECS/Fargate) and e-commerce (Magento on AWS, EKS, RDS MySQL, Redis, OpenSearch, CloudFront, WAF, Route53) infrastructure. Use the latest AI tools in your daily work and build AI-driven processes to automate operations, speed up incident response, and make the whole team more productive. Improve mobile CI/CD: self-hosted macOS runners, Xcode, Tuist, Fastlane, signing, and TestFlight/App Store Connect. Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for infra, backend, and Magento deployments, including rollback flows. Own environment strategy across dev, staging, and production, and improve observability and incident response with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Sentry. Harden secrets management, IAM, CI security, and deployment safety, partnering with backend, iOS, QA, and e-commerce teams to remove release friction. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong production experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu). Strong CI/CD experience, preferably GitHub Actions. Hands-on with containers: Docker, ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, or similar. Solid grasp of networking, IAM, VPCs, load balancers, DNS, certificates, and environment isolation. Experience operating production databases and data services (MySQL/RDS, DynamoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, or similar). Experience with blue/green deployments, rollback automation, and production release management. Strong scripting and automation skills, plus hands-on observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry) and a sharp debugging mindset for failed deploys, flaky pipelines, infra drift, and incidents. Nice to Have Magento, e-commerce infrastructure, or PHP applications. iOS CI/CD: Xcode, Fastlane, Tuist, App Store Connect, or macOS runners. Serverless and event-driven systems (AppSync/GraphQL, Lambda), plus blue/green deployments and rollback automation.
