Project Manager
Description IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Project Manager to join our team in Israel. You’ll be responsible for the following Lead electric powertrain development projects through matrix management of multidisciplinary development team. Plan, manage and monitor the product development activities from the project initiation stage to full product maturity. Communicate proactively with various R&D teams to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Skills and Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering. 7+ years of project management experience including the following disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate people. Creative with a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills. Thorough multi-disciplinary system understanding. Team player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude.
