Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including agentic AI systems and LLM-powered pipelines to solve business problems and improve product performance Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing, applying principles of inference and probability to generate actionable insights  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations and visualizations, supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field (MSc - advantage) 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models into production environments Experience building AI agents and pipelines using frameworks (google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph) Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering best practices Proven experience with statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation design Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in the gaming industry (advantage)
