Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description At Mentee Robotics, we’re building the next generation of humanoid robots — combining AI, perception, reasoning, and dexterous manipulation into real-world autonomous systems. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team and help us attract exceptional talent across software, AI, robotics, hardware, and engineering roles. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions. Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and additional creative sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruiting strategies. Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems. Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives across social media and professional communities. Help drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment. Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software, AI, Robotics, Hardware, Embedded, or related fields. Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Creative, proactive, and highly organized mindset. Fluent English and Hebrew. Advantages Experience working with ATS systems such as Comeet. Previous experience in robotics, deep-tech, or AI-driven companies. Strong networking and headhunting abilities for niche technical domains. Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.
