Responsibilities Payroll preparation for about 200 employees in Israel and support payroll matters in the company subsidiaries worldwide• Procedure for hiring, absorption, and retirement of employees Handling payments and provisions for employee pensions, executive insurance, and study funds Manage attendance data to prepare a payroll report Provide services to employees and managers on payroll matters Workplace - company office in Hod Hasharon. Part time position Requirements Certificate of Certified Payroll Accountant from the institute of certified public accountants in Israel Experience in preparing payroll for high-tech employees from absorption to retirement, at least 5 years Working and Experience with Har-Gal Software – a Must In-depth knowledge and expertise in labor law and taxes Fluent English (written and spoken) Order and organization at a high level, precision in details. Experience in Dealing with Stock option/Shares granted to employees and dealing with the company trustee. Services and the ability to provide a professional high-level solution for employees at all levels in Hebrew and English
