We work hybrid with a great home/ office work mix. What will you do? What's a Senior Product Manager at Skai? As a Senior Product Manager at Skai, you will be leading the development of one of Skai’s flagship products: Skai’s Commerce solution. This product enables Commerce advertisers to effortlessly manage and optimize their campaigns across 100+ retailers and marketplaces, using AI and data-driven insights. Strong technical background with a deep inclination toward Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics. You will be building your industry expertise, working with leading brands and agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams, driving new capabilities and innovations, and basing the future of our products on this experience You will study market needs and trends across the industry and serve as the customer's voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company You will partner with business leaders across the company to define product strategy and vision, and drive successful execution to meet product growth goals You will work in close collaboration with teams from R&D, data science, UX design and product management, developing the products and bringing them to market Actively leverage modern tools and Generative AI technologies to streamline daily workflows, accelerate data analysis, extract actionable insights, and rapidly validate product concepts. Requirements Experience as a Product Manager at a B2B company - 3+ years - Must Proven experience working on complex data products - Must Proven Technical Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics - Must Deep understanding of customer experience - Must Skilled in prioritization, execution, developing and maintaining product roadmaps Strong ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements Strong outbound capabilities – successfully working with global clients Creative and out-of-the-box thinker, team player Strong communication and storytelling skills Strong presentation skills and fluent English A self-starter with the ability to take full, end-to-end ownership of initiatives from conception to launch with minimal guidance. A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who drives cross-functional alignment, challenges assumptions, and creatively overcomes bottlenecks to deliver maximum value.
