IT Solution Architect
Description We are building a next-generation autonomous systems platform deployed across cloud and air-gapped environments, supporting real-time operations and complex hardware-software integration. The IT Solution Architect plays a key role in bridging R&D and real-world operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our systems are successfully deployed, installed, and operational in customer environments . This is not a traditional IT role—it's a hands-on engineering position focused on system delivery, networking, and field readiness of advanced software platforms. Responsibilities Lead the provisioning and setup of production environments for deployed systems Own the networking architecture and configuration for on-site and customer environments Define and execute installation and deployment strategies for complex, distributed systems Troubleshoot system-level issues across software, infrastructure, and networking layers Work closely with R&D teams to ensure solutions are deployable, robust, and maintainable Support operations teams in delivering reliable, repeatable deployments Continuously improve deployment processes, documentation, and tooling Why This Role is Unique You are the last mile of delivery —turning advanced software into working systems in the real world Direct impact on customer success and operational reliability Work on complex, multidisciplinary systems combining software, networking, and infrastructure High ownership and visibility across engineering and operations Who You Are Hands-on and practical, with a strong “get it running” mindset Comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments A natural troubleshooter who enjoys solving complex system issues Able to bridge gaps between engineering design and operational reality Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT, system engineering, or deployment-focused roles Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, etc.) Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and environments Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex software systems Ability to diagnose issues across multiple layers: application, system, and network Strong problem-solving skills and a field-oriented, ownership mindset Nice to Have Experience with on-premise and air-gapped environments Familiarity with containers and modern deployment technologies Background working with distributed or real-time systems Experience supporting field operations or customer-facing deployments
