UX/UI Designer - Student Position
Description We're looking for a curious, fast-learning individual for a student role on our Product team to help enhance user experiences through effective design practices. In this role, you'll work closely with other Product Designers in your team, with the guidance of the team lead, to participate in the design process, research, ideate, shape, and innovate complex products. What you’ll do: Support design work across assigned product areas Participate in the design cycle from research and ideation to prototype and delivery Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual deliverables as coherent design concepts Collaborate with stakeholders to help review design implementation and flag issues Help maintain the design system, ensuring alignment across various projects Scale the design system, creating components using Figma and Claude Code Conduct design research on a variety of topics, from competitors to styling trends Contribute to enriching the brand design language, creating assets with AI tools Requirements You’ll Do It Using: Enrolled as a Graphic Design / Visual Communication student in a recognised academic institution, with at least 3 semesters remaining Experience creating styleguides and brand-aware visual assets Basic understanding of the design system Figma architecture Ability to produce quality artefacts using AI apps Curiosity and eagerness to learn, explore and analyse new tools and design workflows Basic knowledge of UX methodology and design terminology Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in English Please include a link to your online portfolio in your CV Deliverables: A resume that contains work experience, relevant courses and projects A portfolio that showcases visual capabilities, digital & UX, and teamwork Position Intro Earnix is the premier provider of mission-critical, cloud-based intelligent decisioning across pricing, rating, underwriting, and product personalization.
