Description We are building a next-generation autonomous systems platform operating across cloud and air-gapped environments, integrating real-time control, edge computing, and complex deployment workflows. As a  Full Stack Tools Developer , you will design and build the internal products that power our engineering velocity and operational excellence. These are not “supporting tools”—they are  critical systems  that directly impact how our products are built, delivered, deployed, and experienced in the field. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy  owning real-world problems end-to-end , from concept to production, and want to work at the intersection of  software engineering, systems thinking, and deployment at scale . Responsibilities Design and develop  internal platforms and applications  that serve engineering, operations, and deployment workflows Own features end-to-end: from product thinking and UX, through backend services, to production deployment Build systems that interact with  distributed environments , including cloud and restricted/offline setups Translate complex operational and engineering challenges into  simple, scalable tools Collaborate closely with Core and Edge teams to understand system architecture and lifecycle needs Continuously improve  developer experience, system visibility, and operational efficiency Take part in shaping the ecosystem of how software is packaged, delivered, and consumed why This Role is Unique You will build  products used daily by engineers and operators , not just end-users Your work directly impacts  how fast and how well the company delivers its core systems You will operate across domains: product, infrastructure, deployment, and data High ownership, low bureaucracy—your tools become mission-critical systems A rare opportunity to shape the  engineering ecosystem from the ground up Who You Are A builder at heart who enjoys turning messy problems into elegant solutions Curious about how systems work end-to-end—not just your layer Pragmatic and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of ownership Motivated by impact, not just features Requirements 3+ years of experience as a  full stack developer Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (frontend frameworks + backend services) Experience designing and building  production-grade applications end-to-end Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and data flows Experience working in environments where software interacts with  real-world systems or deployments Ability to take ownership and operate independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment Nice to Have Experience with deployment pipelines, infrastructure, or DevOps-related systems Familiarity with data-intensive applications and building systems that process and present insights Experience working with hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem / restricted networks) Background in building internal platforms or developer-facing products
