Business Development Representative (BDR)
Description BrandShield is growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our talented team! Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute outbound initiatives using AI tools, including Claude Code and automation workflows with LLM APIs. Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to identify and engage potential clients. Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive engagement and conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective outreach and follow-up strategies. Requirements Proven experience as an Outbound BDR Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code or automation workflows built with LLM APIs to create and run an AI outbound initiative. Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach Strong desire for career growth and professional development. Hungry, motivated, self sufficient.
