Description Driving product vision and strategy in areas such as crypto coins fraud detection and account unauthorized access. Representing the products to stakeholders and to peers across PayPal. Evangelizing product roadmap internally and externally in informal and formal settings. Working cross-functionally and build strong relationships with key customers (data engineers, software engineers, product analytics and other business teams) that will allow understand gaps and build the right solutions. Defining and measuring key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value. Identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices, driving innovation. Delivering Results Intro Test Requirements Experienced as product manager with managing processes in a lean fashion, deliver solution to customers, measure value of deliverables, manage roadmap, run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products Experience with multidisciplinary product lifecycle and from start-up company is a plus. Experience of 5+ Years Responsibilities End to end product ownership Recognize and identify customer needs/pains (opposed to customer’s proposed solutions) Define product requirements Break down and prioritize the requirements into bitesize deliverables (in a lean fashion) Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver solutions addressing Benefits Test 2
