With 900+ employees worldwide and an R&D center of over 160 employees in Jerusalem – we’re reshaping how financial technology is developed and delivered.  The Role We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configurator / Developer to take the lead in building seamless, scalable internal systems that power our operations. This role is critical to deliver world-class experiences for both our teams and end users by configuring and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the full Power Platform suite. You’ll have significant autonomy, working across Power Pages, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint to design and implement best-in-class solutions. Your work will directly support regulatory compliance, partner success, and internal workflows, reducing tech debt and improving user experience . As part of a remote-friendly team working mostly NY hours , you’ll collaborate with peers across time zones while growing your technical leadership.  Who You Are A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments  A strong communicator, fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) Curious, tech-savvy, and driven to implement scalable, maintainable solutions  Motivated by impact and continuous improvement  What You’ll Actually Be Doing Configure and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps  Design and lead scalable integrations across Microsoft and legacy systems  Customize D365 apps, implement Power BI dashboards, and build automation flows  Maintain source control, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management  Collaborate closely with solution architects and stakeholders across time zones  Lead technical workshops, user training, and support  Ensure best practices for system security, usability, and performance  Requirements What You Bring to the Table   5+ years of experience configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint  Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and integration best practices  Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) - able to work effectively in a remote and largely asynchronous environment   Deep understanding of Dataverse security, PCF controls, and scalable solution architecture  Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Git, unit testing frameworks, cloud cost management, telemetry/monitoring, and CI/CD test automation  Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, and SDLC methodologies  Ability to evaluate and apply “config vs custom” decisions to reduce technical debt and optimize scalability  Experience with third-party CRM integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., DocuSign, Workday, OData, SSIS)  Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft Developer Toolkits  Knowledge in Power BI, Visio, Excel, and relevant Microsoft certifications – A bonus   Why You’ll Love Working Here Flexible hybrid work model: three days a week at our Jerusalem office  Monthly wellness reimbursement – from therapy to gel manicure, it's up to you  Full Keren Hishtalmut, private health and dental insurance  Volunteer days, donation matching, Yoga, and Pilates  A supportive, collaborative culture that puts our people first  Next Step Hit apply!
