Description We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. Using your analytical skills and curiosity, you will collaborate with other teams to uncover impactful insights, playing a vital role in contributing to our overall success. (2+ years Business Analyst from online gaming industry is a must) Responsibilities Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis. Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps Work closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better insights that will drive towards monetization and retention improvements Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience. #LI-Onsite Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from online gaming industry is a must Strong knowledge of SQL- must High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details Self-motivated and independent Great Communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economy or another quantitative field Experience with data analysis and visualization (Excel/Tableau/Looker/similar) Passion for the gaming industry
